​

  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or retroactive discounts are not possible. Tickets are good only for show dates/times purchased.

  • Performance times and cast members are subject to change without advance notification.

  • Performances are not canceled and refunds are not provided due to weather conditions.

  • Cameras, camera phones, audio, video, and digital recorders, paging devices, and cell phones are not permitted in the theaters. Guests using these items may be ejected without a refund.​

  • JPIPP determines the seating guidelines for late arriving guests. In some instances, if you arrive after the show begins, you may be asked to wait until there is a natural break in the act before going to your seat.

  • Children age two and older are welcome to attend performances. JPIPP does not censor performances or make any guarantees of show content. We encourage parents to use their discretion when deciding if a show is appropriate for their child. Regardless of age, all children must have a ticket and be seated with an adult. At designated shows, children of all ages are welcome and children under the age of one will be admitted without charge to sit on an adult’s lap.

  • Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without a refund.

  • Outside food and beverage are not permitted in the theaters.

  • Backpacks and other large bags are not permitted in the theaters. In some instances, JPIPP may require the inspection of all handbags and cases at points of entry. Diaper bags carried into the theater are subject to search at the discretion of security.

  • This is a firearms-free facility. No one except on-duty law enforcement officials is permitted to possess or carry a firearm on the premises.

  • ​Smoking, including electronic smoking, is not permitted on the premises.
