SoulReal Solutions
Timika Lache was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised on the Westside of Cleveland, Ohio. She joined the United States Navy directly after graduating from John Marshall High School to gain self-sufficiency and direction. She has always been very observant and analyzes the behavior of people which naturally developed a deep passion to always meet people where they are in a nonjudgmental and helpful way.
In 2005 after being given the opportunity to manage a childcare center (27 staff and 127 children) she immediately gained an interest in training and developing others that sparks a journey of self-truthfulness, self-awareness, and self-ownership.
While working full-time and raising three children she managed to push forward despite the obstacles she faced. Her Master’s degree in organizational development has given her a profound understanding of the business operation, goal setting, and what it takes for people and processes to move forward in a thriving manner. Timika has also gained knowledge and skill throughout her career journey in operational management, human resources, training & development, recruiting and career coaching, and classroom facilitation. Her charismatic, positive outlook on life and open demeanor automatically touches the soul (heart) of others in a way that makes them want to be a better version of themselves.
SoulReal Solutions was birthed after being laid off in 2008. Faced with a pivotal point to initially take the leap of faith Timika believes that everything starts and ends with everyone - her life has been dedicated to helping others find the right solutions for their lives.

SoulReal Solutions (SRS), a personal and business coaching company, started in 2009, that specializes in the areas of individual mindset and career growth, organizational process enhancement, diversity, equity, and inclusion awareness conversations. SRS believes that a person’s greatest potential lives within their “Soul” and to positively move forward in any area of their journey in life they must be willing to truthfully address “Real” issues within themself first to effectively come up with sustainable “Solutions”.
SoulReal Solutions will focus on five core values: Trust, Empowerment, Fairness, Open-Mindedness, and Courage.
